Mueller reportedly seeks to interview Trump over obstruction of justice issue

Donald Trump has called on the attorney general to end special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into possible Russian collusion during the 2016 election campaign.

At a time when reports suggest that special counsel Robert S. Mueller III is looking at tweets for evidence of "corrupt intent' - a necessary element of the crime of obstruction of justice - Trump serves up tweets that evidence corrupt intent".

Mr Manafort's charges stem from his consulting work in the Ukraine, in which he allegedly received millions of dollars that he failed to report to the United States government.

For months now it seems Trump has been declaring "there's no collusion" in reference to the possible ties between Russian Federation and the Trump 2016 presidential campaign.

In one tweet he said Attorney General Jeff Sessions "should stop this Rigged Witch Hunt right now, before it continues to stain our country any further".

Trump had said after their summit in Singapore with Kim that he would like the leader to come to the White House for a visit. A Kentucky soldier who went missing in 1950 during the Korean War has been identified by his remains.

But Trump's lawyers have been wary of a sit-down with prosecutors. "He's certainly expressing the frustration", he has long felt over "corruption" by former Justice Department officials like former FBI Director James Comey and former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, she said.

That same year, Trump himself appeared in one of Emin's music videos.

Rosenstein in turn appointed Mueller and is the person with the authority to fire him.

Trump said the "Russian hoax" is holding up his approach to Russia, and he lashed out at the media, which he said unfairly maligned last month's meeting.

"They ought to let them conclude their work". Giuliani said. "We have every reason to believe they don't have anything".

Senator Orrin Hatch said he did not think Sessions had the power to end the probe and it would be unwise to do so.

Bharara has asked how Trump can call Jeff Sessions to stop the Russian probe that he terms a total hoax even if Sessions has recused himself from the ongoing probe.

As you can see in the picture above, both Trump and Agalarov were present at the 2013 Miss America pageant in Moscow.

Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer said Bolton's letter did not address Democrats' concerns that the Trump administration was not fully implementing US sanctions on Russian Federation levied in response to the 2016 meddling. Later, they reportedly helped to set up a June 9, 2016 meeting at Trump Tower with several of Trump's campaign officials and Natalia Veselnitskaya, a lawyer with close links to the Russian government.

"It is a piece of evidence".

"Their attempt to claim obstruction by tweet is really a freaky and novel theory", he said.
