Dozens of Caravan Migrants Scale Border Wall and Cross into U.S.

Tourists have been spotted posing for pictures along the Mexican border with the United States as thousands of migrants try desperately to pour across the wall.

USA inspectors at the main border crossing in San Diego are processing up to about 100 asylum claims day, leaving thousands of migrants waiting in Tijuana.
