Italian legend Pirlo backs Juventus to sign Arsenal outcast Aaron Ramsey

The report points out that PSG have a midfielder of their own with a contract stand-off lingering over him - Adrien Rabiot - and claims they want Ramsey as a replacement.

Despite his 10-year Arsenal stay seemingly coming towards its conclusion, Ramsey has made 16 Premier League appearances this term, scoring once.

It has all but been confirmed that Aaron Ramsey and Arsenal will be parting ways next year, with the only question being whether it will be in January or July.

Juventus are reportedly working on a deal to bring Ramsey, who turned 28 on Boxing Day, to Turin, while Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich are rumoured to have expressed an interest.

Juve have no easy task of landing the Wales worldwide, especially as the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich and Inter Milan are all interested in signing him.

EPA proposes new rule that could allow fewer restrictions on toxins
Trump administration officials say the Obama EPA inflated benefits and underestimated costs. The EPA on Friday proposed a new rule that challenges the basis for the Obama regulation.

Juventus and Italy legend Andrea Pirlo believes the Arsenal man would be a brilliant addition to the Old Lady squad.

"Ramsey is a great purchase", Pirlo told Sky Sport Italia, according to FourFourTwo.

Ramsey to Juventus will be a cool deal only if they could pull through for the price, and would add extra boost to their defence. "He's a good player and he could do very well".

Ramsey has been a mainstay at the Gunners since arriving from Cardiff City in 2008.

It is said that PSG sporting director Antero Henrique has already been in talks with both the player and Arsenal and that there are to be negotiations over a transfer fee of €10m to €20m. In fact, he has assisted more goals since the start of last season than any other teammate.
