Browns to acquire star receiver Beckham Jr. from NY

The Giants get the Browns first-round pick, a third rounder and safety Jabril Peppers in return for the talented wideout. The trade of Beckham was first reported by NFL.com, while New York's compensation was first reported by ESPN. While division foes such as the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers continue to lose some of their top players, the Browns are busy acquiring one of the best wideouts in the league.

Make no mistake about this as the New York Giants and Cleveland Browns completed a stunning blockbuster trade Tuesday night.

After the Redskins already scooped one of their best defensive players in Landon Collins, but the Giants' latest move has weakened them somewhat on the offensive side of the ball.

Perriman would seem to be a good replacement for Humphries, who agreed to a three-year deal Wednesday with the Titans. The 28-year-old Smith led the Ravens with 8½ sacks last season - including three in one game against Tennessee - and has 18½ in his 58-game career.

And now new Browns coach Freddie Kitchens has another playmaker for Mayfield, the No. 1 overall pick a year ago who had a dazzling debut season in which he set the National Football League record for touchdown passes by a rookie. More than anything, they don't have the pillar quarterback around whom to build. The season played out and Beckham seemingly became attainable.

Diver gets swallowed by whale, comes out alive to narrate the incident
A diver is lucky to be alive after a large whale picked him up in its mouth during an expedition off South Africa's coast. Meanwhile, a pod of killer whales with distinctive round faces has fuelled speculation among scientists of a new species.

"Like I said, I feel like he's not going to get out the pocket".

"I feel like in the past five years they found a way to run a Cover 2, keep everything in front, and that's how they play me - and there's no way to say "How do we beat this?"

So much for connecting Odell Beckham Jr.'s social media behavior to the Patriots.

The fact that Cooks had 1,204 receiving yards to go along with five touchdowns and didn't miss a game shows he doesn't even compare to Beckham.

Coming off a season in which he had 1,052 yards and six touchdowns while only playing in 12 games is absurd to think about for a player with Beckham's talent. If you want to rebuild without Odell, you don't sign him to that contract.
