Olivia, and her sister Isabella won't be returning to study at USC amid bullying fears, reports TMZ.

However, Loughlin's husband, Mossimo Giannulli, was reportedly arrested on March 12 on charges of "conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud."Radar Online reported that Mossimo appeared in court that same day and was ordered to be released on a $1 million bond".

A judge told the Full House star to surrender her passport, but she will be able to travel within the United States and go back to Canada for her work.

"We are no longer working with Lori Loughlin and have stopped development of all productions that air on the Crown Media Family Network channels involving Lori Loughlin, including 'Garage Sale Mysteries, ' an independent third-party production". "She's not going too far, but my husband [designer Mossimo Giannulli] keeps saying, 'Lori, you're not gonna see her, so just be prepared, '" the former Full House star shared.
